The Soldier
‘The Soldier’ is a very beautiful sonnet composed by Rupert Brooke. This sonnet is full of patriotism.
सैनिक एक बहुत सुंदर सोनेट (14 पंक्ति की कविता को सोनेट कहा जाता है) है, जिसे रूपर्ट ब्रुक के द्वारा संकलित किया गया है। यह सोनेट पूरी तरह से देशभक्ति से भरा हुआ है।
The hero of this poem is a soldier. He is ready to die for his country. But he is really against the war. He wants there should be no war at all between two countries. He loves his country.
इस कविता के नायक एक सैनिक है। वह अपने देश के लिए मरने के लिए तैयार रहता है। लेकिन वह वास्तव में युध्द के खिलाफ है। वह चाहता है कि दो देशों के बीच युध्द नहीं होना चाहिए। वह अपने देश से प्रम करता है।
He says that if I should die then that corner of a foreign field is for ever England. He feels England is like heaven.
वह कहते हैं कि यदि मैं मर जाऊँ तो उस विदेशी धरती की मिट्टी हमेशा के लिए इंगलैंड का हो जाऐगा। उसे इंगलैंड स्वर्ग के जैसा प्रतीत होता है।
